Any items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a return.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as LovelySkin1 is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 24–48 hours.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
